Center on Wrongful Convictions 25th Anniversary Celebration
The Center on Wrongful Convictions is dedicated to identifying and rectifying wrongful convictions and other serious miscarriages of justice. For 25 years, the CWC has been in the fight on behalf of the wrongly convicted. The CWC is also a leader for scholarly research on numerous issues, in particular, ending the death penalty, false confessions, interrogations, and the unique issues faced by wrongfully convicted juveniles and women. It shaped the lives of lawyers, staff, volunteers, and untold hundreds of students. And forever changed the lives of our freed clients, who wrongfully served over 1230 years in prison. Please join us to celebrate the past 25 years and ready ourselves for the next 25 years.
